Dear Brainwrap Client--
Brainwrap became somewhat bottlenecked over the past month or two for a variety of reasons. The good news is that all of those issues had been resolved as of late last week, and it had been my intention to double down on catching up with the workload starting this week.
Unfortunately, over Easter weekend I was diagnosed with a rather nasty case of Shingles. Worse yet, it's on my face, making it extremely difficult to see out of my right eye or to type or read for more than a few minutes at a time.
If you know anything about this ailment, you know that it's pretty ugly and takes a couple of weeks to work it's way through the system.
The short version of this is that I'm going to be extremely limited in my ability to work for another week or so. I apologize profusely and plan on doing everything I can to catch up as soon as possible.
I hope to be back at work at least half-days by next week and full-time the week after.
