More Server Load Issues

Dear Brainwrap Client--

Both myself and LiquidWeb are aware of another server load issue this morning, originating at around 10:30am. It is being worked on even as I type this.

I apologize once again and ask for your patience as we resolve this latest issue. Both LiquidWeb and I are very much aware of how important the continuous and uninterrupted access to both your website and your email services are, and am doing everything possible to resolve this issue permanently.

I will send a follow-up notice as soon as we have resolved the issue, including more specific information about what is being done to prevent this from happening again.
