Attention Brainwrap Hosting Client:
We have identified that part or possibly all of the issue on the server today has been related to extremely (and unusually) high outbound email volumes.
LiquidWeb (the host server provider) is researching the issue in more detail to determine exactly what the source of the outgoing email is so that it can be more proactively managed.
LiquidWeb is also continuously monitoring the server to ensure that there are no further service outages.
I will send another status update once I have further information.
I apologize once again for the service issues today, and both LiquidWeb and I are doing everything we can to both resolve this issue and to prevent it from occurring again.
