Dear Brainwrap Client:
I've owned and operated Brainwrap Web Design for over 18 years, and have worked by myself at Brainwrap for 14 of those. For the past four years, however, my wife Elisabeth--a skilled programmer and system administrator--has been helping run the business in an unofficial capacity, and has actually been the primary contact for many Brainwrap clients for several years now.
We made this arrangement partly due to normal business growth, but also due to a side project of mine taking over an unexpected amount of time and focus. This was supposed to be a short-term project lasting no more than six months, but for a variety of reasons has instead now lasted four years. I'm now expecting it to last for some time to come.
We've done our best to make sure that all of our clients continue to receive prompt service, but also want to ensure that nothing gets lost in the shuffle. With this in mind, Elisabeth will be taking over more formally as the primary point of contact for Brainwrap going forward for some time to come. I'll still be available for any issues which she needs assistance with.
